Not super well managed. I guess we did come in during a drive thru rush, but there were 3 people working and 3 people sort of aimlessly shuffling around.
THE WORST service of any BK I've ever been to!! I thought the slogan was "Have it your way"?? Once I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and the girl handed me a plastic knife, in the drive thru !
Still rockin' the veggie burger !

The service at breakfast time it's terrible. They don't have any courtesy. The service car lady it's always mad. Never smile, never say thank you.
