Ritual Hot Yoga - Fidi

Ritual yoga itself is a great workout - a fast-paced flow that’s challenging for any level but still fun. This studio is very small, though, with cramped hallways and barely room to change.

It's a much narrower space from entrance to halls and studio -tight squeeze getting past people at lockers. The studio is drafty and cooler temp than SOMA location.

Creative flows , kick-ass music , actual connection to yogic philosophy, an incredible community, and AMAZING instructors .

Went for yin. Very good deep stretch that was necessary after a long flight.
