I love Sarah who works the cash register! She's the only Starbucks employee who's ever gotten my name right and remembered it! So great. Promoting customer loyalty right there.
Come in frequently enough and they'll know what your usual cuppa is! I didn't have to say "Venti No-whip 8pump Decaf Mocha " anymore!
There are a few friendly staff bt 1 or 2 grouchy staffs that a change of attitude will be good. Or even a genuine smile..
