Did the Dinosaur 's in Time tour with Andy and it was very informative and fun! Both museums were beautiful and the courtyard is a wonderful outdoor place to relax .

Everything looks like real!! I stayed there for 2hours but I could see lots of interesting stuffs. I would love to go back.
You'll find one of the world's best dinosaur exhibit here, including the "chicken from hell" discovered in March 2014.
Obviously the big draw is the dinosaurs , but my personal favorites are the gemstone/geology exhibit and the ancient Egyptian collection.

Went during the animal showing and it was pretty neat. Very big and lots to look at.
On the weekends many of the labs in the museums open to guests, be sure to check out the mollusk lab on the third floor, it is accessible through the travelling exhibit gallery
Great family place . All the staff members are great to little children. Plan on spending a whole day . Tons of things for the whole family to experience!
Very fun & educational . We took my son is 8 months old & he was mesmerized by everything.

If your a teacher or school in SWPA you must add the teaching kits to your Science curriculum to really set it at a higher level of engagement.

This museum has everything. Don't skip it. You need minimum half a day to do it properly.

This museum is one of only a few in the entire country to have many of its displays constructed of real bones and not casts. Don't skip an exhibit , they are all fascinating.
