Jermaine!! He was the most polite and attentive server I've come across. Then later on we find out he's a manager. Amazing service! The voodoo pasta fantastic. Should hire more cute polite guys.

Bar Louie is a great spot if you are looking for lots of friends and great times. All the bartenders are hilarious and really good at their jobs.

Burger Tuesday pretty good, can stay healthy and sub out bread for salad bun , as well as fries for a house salad

The crowd was much smaller than the earlier days, but service was still rather slow and it was very noisy . Food was ok. Not a great place to bring younger kids.

Slow service (took over an hour to get drinks & apps) and most of the food came out cold. I've heard that this restaurant is great in other locations. Will not be returning here.

Over an hour to get food. Others immediately asking for doggie bags due to delay. Food cold when arrived. Flavors had potential if they'd been warm and waitress was apologetic.

Slower service is possible but not desirable. Unless you sit at the bar for a cocktail there is no reason to come here.

Went at about 10-11 at night. Service was so-so, but food was AWFUL. Voodoo Chicken is alway on point at Gallery Place but was terrible here. Bummer.

My wife liked the bar Louie special hamburger . The chard wine she ordered was good but when the bill came we were changed for a much more experience one than ordered. This was a dreadful restaurant .

The WORST customer service of all time!! The manager Courtney was RUDE, NASTY & UNHELPFUL! The server Joseph is either dishonest (padding the check) or just terrible! Avoid this place at all cost!!

They give you someone decent to take your initial order and someone worse for everything after that. Music is too loud . The server walked past numerous times without bringing the drinks requested

Avoid their wine at all costs.
