Great food, great value . The service is not fancy at all and I like it so much since they are very nice and fast without keep asking if I like it of if I am with that... Highly recommended for lunch .

Decent pho . Broth is on the clear-salty side, it misses a bit of richness. Great views of the capitol & very friendly/attentive staff . The restaurant soundtrack is total elevator music though.

Best pho downtown by far. Relaxed atmosphere , great broth. I love the fried tofu bowl. They also serve great tea and lollicup boba !
