night shift staff keeps on forgetting to put BBQ dip n salt, cream n sugar plus catsup to my orders, always! even in deliveries !!! and twice, they delivered burnt burgers that you can't eat...

when in personally went to order a take out they kept me waiting there with my unfinished order as the crew chat with other personnel and afterwards punched an order which is no longer availableq

i do have also bad experience here.. dont know wats wrong with the crew. So inconsiderate!!! To much stupidy on their staff . They need to have a NEO, new employee orientation.

night shift is so incompetent 9 out of ten delivery ignored request of salt and no pickles for the cheeseburger .

The area is LTE enabled.

Security is bad... mga tambay labas pasok para mag cr.. poor kids on the door blocking the entrance.. no sense of security.. even security guards and crews dont care...

Not fully airconed . Sometimes hot

Slow service, aircon cant generate enough air because door is always open, smells like cr and poor secutity

Crew are so stupid, manager as well .. Keep on chating each other . Poor service. Never will come back again.
