Drive thru cares more about getting cars through the line than service, they'll tell you to park to the side of it's going to take longer than 5 seconds to get the rest of your order.

I love their coffee . I've always had great customer service. I guess I never go on the days that these others had problems.

Best Dunkin Donuts in Fayetteville. Always have their specialty donuts unlike the Ramsey location.

The drive thru is for people in a rush. Go park ur car and go inside if u want to order a dozen donuts ....asking what kind of donuts they have while sitting in the drive thru is nothing short of RUDE

Love there coffee and Everything bagel ....can do without the bad customer service.

Customer service at times is juvenile & lacking. They're lazy & slow as hell. Where is the supervision in this place cause clearly these kids need it!
