It looks new; the dining options / vendors inside are great; there are several restaurants around it to go before / after events ; and it's easy to enter and leave that part of Allentown when driving.

Awesome customer service. I accidentally left medicine in the car and they let me go out and get it even though they don’t normally allow re-entry.

When it was built, the most expensive minor league hockey arena in the world. It had better be nice! And it is! (Oh, eat at a restaurant outside before coming in)

It's usually less expensive to park at the Allentown Courthouse parking garage located at 401 Hamilton Street. They also have FREE shuttle service before/after the game.

If you want to see the Phantoms warm up, best views are between Sections 120 to 122. Otherwise, Section 103 or 117.
