Pillows are incredibly soft - definitely bring a firm one from home if you need it. Otherwise, each room has plenty of desk space, outlets, and other accommodations.

Good water pressure in showers and the pillows are soft.
These elevators are terrible. Don't take the elevator if you're in a hurry. The stairs are definitely faster.
Breakfast & Lobby Area are nice; Outdoor Pool Not Good, NO Hot Tub Not Good.
