Amazing place to "escape" the hustle & bustle of the city ! It can get pretty busy but absent the cars & stress. It's the nicest "park " I've been to in the world, definitely worth visiting!
There’s something for everyone including an amusement park , beaches and parks . Get there by taking a quick 13 min ferry . Pre-purchase your ticket online and avoid the long lineups at the terminal.
Unique off-the-beaten-path location. I️ went in November to go running and had the place nearly to myself which lended a surreal feel to it. Has a disc golf course if you’re into that sort of thing.
Take ferry or taxi over or rent a motor or sail boat! Tour around in one of the tour boats. No matter how you go, for an hour or a day? You will love it!
This extraordinarily beautiful place ???????? very clean but unfortunately crowded especially on weekends. There are a lot of spots for walking or playing or picnicking or spending time on the beach

An absolute must while in Toronto. The quick ferry ride from downtown offers a lot of skyline photo opps. Be sure to take advantage of the bikes for rent and explore the island . Bring snacks !

To avoid the crowds on the Center Island , try taking the ferry to Ward's Island where there's a lot less people and more space to chill out . Or, take this ferry on your way back for shorter lines !

There are actual three points on the island that the ferry takes you to. But don't take the ferry - take a water taxi or you'll be waiting forever. Also, don't take your kids to Handlands Beach ...

Water is crystal clear - Phuket levels of cleanliness. The bay is very flat so you can wade very far out. The lake floor here is very pebbly though, so it's quite uncomfortable to wade out - Gabriel Seah
