Last time for me! Ribs have been in steady decline for a while. Chewy, full of fat & gristle. Waitstaff doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. Time for a new place for ribs !!

Food was very hit or miss, everything is drenched in sauce. Waitress was awesome! Had to send back 2 different dinners , I have never sent anything back twice in my life.

The food sucks, they couldn't serve good bbq if it saved their lives, I went with friends last night and my ribs were not good and the wings sucked. Their drinks are Ok but I will pass on the food

Brunswick Stew & Kettle Chips are THE BOMB !!

Food was not good at all! Beef brisket was overcooked, dry & served cold. Smoked wings were too salty as was the smoked sausage . BBQ beans were way too sweet. BBQ chicken was blah! Just nasty!

Service is truly slow especially when waiting to be seated and served on a slow day. Sheesh! Thank goodness not all Smokey Bones locations are the same.

The service was horrid. 1 hour to get our food. 1 hour to get it RIGHT = 2 hors wasted. *The food wasn't even good. Had to send it back. Ugh!!

The baby back ribs are tough and the pulled pork taste funny. The waitress did not check on us, it was not busy. We are eating at 2:15 AM. Bad food and bad service

Every time I have been the service has been horrible. The servers don't know the items on the menu and don't write anything down so my order is always wrong.
