Although I'm sure Diamond is a nice person, I was left feeling that I was interrupting her "me time" while she was working. No greeting at all, of course this is Taco Bell, my expectations may high.

The girl at the register just looks at you. No greeting. My wife said that it looked like she could care less whether there were customers or not.
Good service , but minimal beef in the tacos .
