I am so astonished to find that people who are not accompanied by a Japanese speaker could be refused a reservation . I call this racism, and the chef 's hubris is just out of my understanding.

클래식한 스시야가 아닌 다소 파격적이어서 매력있는 곳. 서브하는 음식의 순서도 매우 파격적이다. 전반적으로 재료들을 숙성을 많이 시키는 점이 인상적이며, 클래식과 퓨전의 경계를 오가는 스시들이 무척 맛있고 흥미롭다. 쉐프님도 매우 친절 ! 가게는 다소 캐주얼한 분위기(알바 직원도 있다!) 저녁식사기준 2014년 현재 약 2만엔/1인(술제외). 좋아요!!

江戸前寿司 という感じで、全て前処理がされていて醤油 いらずの非常に美味しい寿司屋 。ネタ毎に味付けも工夫されていて、六本木・西麻布界隈では一番好きなお店。

なかなか気づかない趣の鮨 屋さんです。 でも素敵なお店です。
