Tried to go skating and ended up not doing it. The woman at the front desk was very rude and useless. Also my blades were so dull I couldn't skate properly. Lastly the lights were very dim and dull
They don't accurately report open ice time. 2x I've taken my girls to find 1) Not allowed to skate because they were on a team (wore their jackets ) 2) Open ice delayed because they sold the time (!!!)
Hockey program is awesome.
Someone needs to stop smoking in here and maybe clean once and a while.
If you have questions, avoid the miserable toothless lady who sits at the front desk. She's rude, antagonistic & utterly indifferent. She wouldn't even give the name of the manager. Useless wonder!
