Torched Otoro was my top pick sushi ever, melt in the mouth and impactful flavor. Amberjack sashimi has nice texture. Sashimi was also the highlight and different sashimi with different eating method.
Ori-san definitely has the reputation of serving really good meals that will etch in your memories. Well seasoned, fresh neta paired with traditional-edomae-style red shari? Oh yes, please.
