Busy and fun to watch people on the Promenade. Soy milk for drinks available on request, sometime with a charge, and soy mochas are vegan . Frozen drinks can be made with soy too.

Great service but because it's right on the 3rd Street Promenade it is always packed. Toilets need a code so don't try to do the sneak and piss here.

Love the chai ! And the refreshers. Very friendly workers . But there is usually a long line , so get there early!

Newly renovated and the outdoor seating is much more cozy & comfortable , great spot to grab a drink & watch all the shoppers walk by

so annoying that the same exact drink I get costs different EVERY time I go. And at a difference of $1.10.
