Riverview restaurant We had a very nice breakfast . Service was excellent! Food was very good. Great presentation & large portions . My wife had the French toast and I had the cheese omelette . Good job!

Such a wonderful hotel . Stayed here twice now and absolutely love it. Would sure love to take the pillows home with me. My new favorite place to stay in Shreveport.

Deluxe Suite is Best “room with a view ” & balcony . Perfect space for small kids to stretch out and play and adults to entertain.

Love the buffet ! All kinds of options and the gambling is great lots of options on slots and card tables. ❤️ roulette push button game

The 5 O'clock Bar needs to retrain their bartenders and use better ingredients. Worse Bloody Mary and Mimosa we've ever had.

The Riverview has an upstairs play Room with a bar and TV’s. Great place when not into gambling . Breakfast at the Riverview is very good too.

I liked the festive atmosphere . They seem to spray coconut fragrance right at the front door. I got a free mouse pad for signing up as a first time guest at the Players Club . Would go back.

Great food but for a place named after ritas, they sure don't make a good one. Quiet bitter actually and it's supposed to have grand gala but tasted just like tart mix.

Earn Landshark or Islander status and skip the long buffet line for all-you-can-eat crab legs and funnel cakes .

Stay at the hotel , they have all the comforts of home including ceiling fans! Yes, they get it!!

The muscles in white wine sauce with garlic & capers are to die for!!!!!!

Loved the Mahi Mahi fish sandwich .

The only breakfast on the buffet or room service . The only bar/restaurant other than the steakhouse was Margaritaville and it was closed for a private event . No other entertainment.

Riverview restaurant is very good to eat at, especially when it's comped

Very fun casino ... Great food at all of the restaurants there...

Definitely feels like a more Vegas-like casino compared to the other casinos in the area.

Sign up for Players Club BEFORE going to the buffet for a discount . Roulette manager has an attitude.

Buffet is good but it's only comped when you play alot, which I do .

Our host Iris really hooked us up with a fantastic weekend.

The casino hosts and employees really seem so much nicer here. What ever they are doing for staffing, it's working.

Don't sit at the bar if your in a hurry, lady bartender is awful and doesn't know how to make any drinks, she's reading them off a piece of paper, good thing I'm not drinking
