Myth and Moonshine

One of my favs. I love that you can come here, get drunk and funny with your friends and the next time bring your parents or your kids for dinner and still have a great time. Bordeux burger is boss.

Not a dive bar . Can't go wrong with Chicken & Waffles for brunch . I'm a fan of Strawberry Chipotle Vinaigrette that comes with the sweet potato fries . Service is efficient but not overly warm.

Very cool, quaint bar . Never would have thought you could make moonshine taste soo good. Def worth checking this place out.

I liked it here, good food, moonshine , lots of choices. That said, it's pricey - def not a dive bar . I'd get there soon, I doubt this place will last. Which is unfortunate because I do love moonshine .

Significantly less crowded than other bars in the area on the weekends if you want to sit with your friends and chat. Great drinks, too.

The burger and crabby grilled cheese are as excellent as the service! Live music and exposed brick made for a perfect dinner .

Update to my previous tip (now removed): A wonderful place filled with equally wonderful people. The bad egg is now gone.

The chicken and waffles are AMAZING! Definitely a must try. The burgers are also delicious!

Service was great and very attentive. Mussels were excellent as was the moonshine . I would definitely go back.

The Bordeaux Burger is the best burger I've ever had. Beignets are mediocre.

Awesome food and atmosphere. Great service too!

Brunch : Eggs Benedict tasted fine but for $12 you can get a better Benny elsewhere.

This bar is NOT a dive bar - in case you were looking for one - you'll need to dress much nicer and be prepared to spend $$!

Great juke box . Might be the greatest ever.

It was a so/so place, waitress inexperienced, didn't know the 'moonshine ' or what a 'sipper' was, hosted WVU welcome party, once it got crowded , they could not handle the crowd.

It's a shame the service was so mediocre and the kitchen seems to be standoffish. Hush puppies are raw batter inside and I was told that's "how the chef prefers them served." Awful judgement.

Watch out. Even if you win "free moonshine " at trivia they charge you. They don't disqualify teams that blatantly use cell phones.

Def not a place I would recommend for anything except a calmer place to grab a drink when you want to be able to chat. Food was nothing to write home about and the service was bad.

Service was not so great... But shrimp and grit cakes was delish!

Fire Apple Pie Moonshine !!

Worst place ever! Stopped for brunch and they had no coffee !!! Wtf??? And food was bland and cold. Gave a second chance and same thing. There is no 3rd chance.

Honestly the service is terrible.
