While not quite 'Tuscan ' (they serve buffalo chicken ) they do a great salad and perfect for the Alpharetta 'ladies-who-lunch'. Additionally, it is great for a 'private' lunch because it is tucked away

The salad and black bean soup is good... They charge $2.50 extra for cheese and bacon :-/ but overall I would recommend it.
Patio isn't bad. Try the Fish Tacos if they have them.
