The mail rail is without a doubt the best bit and it’s worth the entire entrance fee! The exhibition is very kid-friendly. It’s 1H - 1H 30 min experience in total.
Kids play area £5 for 45 mins. I went with my 2 year old, I think he was too young. Very nicely done and for £5 its worth a visit. It was very quiet when we were there only one other child there.
Mail Rail is fascinating! And the staff are very knowledgable , passionate, and friendly . A great day out – especially on a rainy day.
Fascinating museum about the history of the Royal Mail Postal Service; before crossing the road and riding the Mail Rail train . Great cafe and gift shop .
Very very cool new London museum . It nicely shows the history of how post has evolved in the uk and how societies change. Must visit

Free museum with plenty to see about London and the Docklands. My favourite bit is it the children's area, Mudlarks, with a soft play area for children under a metre (just under 4 or so) and the rest - Cynthia Wei
Really amazing display of history, very well done - Rachael Harrison
Great Austrian cafe kipferl. Toddler loves water fountains on hot days. - Obi Felten
The secluded garden is a lovely place to sit in the sun with a gorgeous piece of cake from the cafe, and you don't need to pay the entrance fee to enjoy the cafe and garden. - Naomi L
