Classes are okay - i would have liked it more if the instructor gave clearer directions for beginners in the class and did more form adjustments . The entrance to the studio is on pearl , not pine st!
Great class , teachers are very good about helping you adjust your form and improve your technique. 5:40 pm class is always super crowded , try for an early morning class !
Try the Pure Foundations class - it's a much smaller class that goes at a slower pace allowing for individual attention and form adjustments from the instructor
If it's your first time here, leave ample time to get lost! Luckily the staff is super friendly and lenient on the late policy.
Consistent pure Barre workouts with the others in the franchise. The floor at this studio is really hard.
Good core workout but definitely not worth the price.
