Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston

Small but adequate rooms, super friendly and accommodating front desk staff , free wifi , chilled purified water and recycled bottles in halls, free espresso and snacks in lobby. Great hotel !

Good value for the location. I don't mind the small room but if you're in an interior room you don't have a view of anything and room can get kind of dark.

Awesome for what you pay and it's location. A lot of free services and super nice people. You can walk to cool places like the Theater District, Toyota Center, Aquarium , Hard Rock, etc.

Small room but staff is very friendly and helpful. Free purified, super chilled water . Restaurant is good.....not great but good. Weird but good hotel . I would come again.

The hotel in general is fine, the wifi works, the coffee and water machine and it has a good location. The staff is not precisely kind but In general worth it.

This is a really good choice if you are planning to be hanging out near downtown. Good places around for lunch .

Great service, let me leave my car in their valet lot for an extra day at no charge. Plus the room was a great price.

Vallet overnight all u do is dail 0 and enter your code and your car will be ready in 2 mins no limits in and out

Our suite was nice, but the valet & front desk people were inattentive.

Don't let the lobby fool you, rooms plain and need updating.

Unfortunately free WIFI doesn't work on Android here. Have been trying 3 weeks to fix that with hotel staff , but it is still the same. Had to bought T-Mobile SIM card and use 4G instead.

Don't use the taxi service the not polite staff indicate. I was ripped of on a huge taxi fare.

A bit old but nice rooms

Checked in to a smoking room with no ashtray. Odd but not bad. The staff was nice to me...thus far. However, I'm from Houston though.

Rooms are actually smaller than "tiny". Bed is two twin mattresses pushed together to give the illusion of a king bed. Not impressed. Pillows are terrible. Too many better options in Houston

Call down and ask at front desk for ice buckets and ice.

Rooms are small & I wasn't impressed with the valet . Overall it was decent for an historic hotel .

The only tip I can give is you kinda get what you pay for

El wi-fi muy rapido, buen servicio y ubicacion. El problema es que no hablan español y la reservacion es por internet, si la deseas hacer en el lugar no puedes.

El hotel esta bien si vas por pocos dias. El personal debe ser mas atento, al menos decir buenos dias. El servicio de limpieza debe aspirar debajo de las camas !!!
