Gr8 Store. Location is wonderful. The prices low. The staff is friendly . The products are good. I buy here all the time without trouble or conflict. You really don't need the extended warranty.

Agree, also my son went to buy a guitar that came as a starter kit to include an amp. They said everything buy the guitar was lost and wanted full price for it

No point coming here when Amazon is available, products are scarce, prices are about 50% higher, the people working here could not care less. Next poor service retailer to die for sure.

Spent a wasted 30 mins waiting for service having told some guy with clip board what I wanted only to be told by a woman with a clip board that no sales assistant was available and there was no stock.

Finding someone for a question was like pulling teeth. The dude @ the front door was a self centered douchenozzle with a nasty attitude. This place needs all new employees cuz the 1s they have suck.

Service can be terrible. be prepared to be ignored. Try GC Towncenter or Coconut Point locations. they have amazing service.
