Slow service? My food was out to me before I was even done making my coffee . They were fast, friendly , helped me choose my food, and checked on me later during downtime. Best breakfast experience!

My God! Please train your Order takers. 10 minutes at the order here for two bagels and cream cheese to go is unacceptable! She didn't know where the register buttons were and no one would help her!

Service is only ok. But the people typically are very nice. If you like your bagel toasted, ask for double toasted otherwise its just warm.
