Super courteous staff . They were very caring when I brought my dog in and let me stay with him throughout the procedure.

The BEST! We drive from the Peninsula because of the excellent care & the caring doctors and staff . But like any ER, be prepared to wait.

Exam fee is about $80 and they offer estimates for procedures costing beyond that. Do be prepared for higher pricing. This is an ER after all.

If they're going to make you sit and wait for hours, it'd be nice if they'd invest in more comfortable seating .

These people are so nice and caring and will do anything to help your pet . No one ever wants to see their pet here, but the staff and doctors make it bearable.

Get your prescription filled elsewhere. They have a HUGE markup om prices.

Con artists ! This place is a rip off and we spend 4 1/2 hours just to be SEEN here and it was so expensive just for diagnostics.
