Panera Bread

While my Mac n cheese was yummy, this was the most unhappy staff that I've encountered in a long while. It made for an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant visit.

A dependable place to eat. quick service and good food.

Careful for people with food insensitivities!! Had problems with cross contamination and ended up with a swollen face. ????

They have iced coffee in the soft drink/tea area now. Fantastic!

You would think with as many employees as they had it would be more efficient. People standing everywhere but only 2 people working

Don't plan on using their Wi-fi it's slower than dial-up!

Use a "My Panera" card. You get free stuff all the time.

Don't get the steak and egg breakfast sandwich ! I could barely choke down half. Poor meat that was overlooked, rubbery egg , and a partially burnt bagel .

Cashier was incompetent. Thankfully someone else helped straighten my order out. They have no clue on how to do with busy hours even while fully staffed.

Creamy tomato soup !!!

Slow and under-staffed in the morning. Plan ahead or leave early

Hands down the worst customer service and unfriendly staff of any Panera in Durham or Raleigh.

Service is breathtakingly slow.
