Other HDS have more helpful staff members. All Lowes stores are better.
Terrible service today. Got here @ 9am, ordered lumber to be cut, paid for it.....& paid for the cutting. Was told it would take max of 1 hour. It's almost 1pm, haven't cut the 1st board!!Ugh!!
