Better than Gurnee Mills for shopping, but no WiFi , so it’s a huge pain for people from other countries ! ????

The Good: Great selection of stores, awesomely low taxes and a Le Crueset outlet (my fave)... The Bad: Super crowded and non-existent parking . All in all, still a great place to shop!

Always can find some sort of a deal here. Less crowded in the evenings than during the day, especially during the holiday. Entrance is a bit tricky off the interstate. Follow signs closely.

Can be hit or miss shopping - research your prices before heading here. Some stores have great sales and savings while others have almost full retail prices ... I'm looking at you, Skechers!

Good outlet mall with a lot of great brands, don't forget to get your free sample at the Ghirardelli outlet.

There are a few stores worth stopping at, generally outlet pricing is no better than local store sale prices.

Get there right as they open. Go to Coach first to avoid the line that inevitably forms later in the day.

Parking sucks up front but plenty of spaces in the back. Good selection of clothing stores and a little food court somewhat hidden in the middle

Always busy, safe, good prices, need more places to eat though.

They have a family restroom in the food court with a chair for nursing moms!

Had the best customer service at Zumies out of all the stores I went to and I wasn't even considering stopping in there! Glad I did!!

It's great.... they're is plenty of parking in the back south side... get out and walk, dont be lazy

Come early if you want a chance at getting parking without doing circles for a half an hour and stalking other shoppers as they return to their cars.

Don't be rude. Shopping at better stores doesn't make you a better person!! Park in designated areas and if you need to wave more than 5 people by, you've stopped in a BAD spot!! Be nice!!!

Don't park by the "new" section, it's usually packed. Instead park behind the mall which always has good spots!
