Very well hidden shopping arcade with several floors of bargain Asian fashion styles. Largely female selection of clothes , but also some very cool stuff for guys too
Most of the stores open later than your normal commercial store...at 11 a.m. no stores were open... at 2:30 p.m. about 60% of the stores were open.
