Amazing breakfast . I tried the veggie scramble with potatoes & an english muffin with strawberry jam . Refine ingredients and cooking style compare to the common American breakfast .
We love the wavy wall of lights inside and the zippy sauce choices for our steaks . There are also plenty of seafood options and lots of well-heeled single folks that encroach after sunset .
We had a filet, fried mac and cheese , and a zeppole (for dessert ) - all incredible. Same room for the dessert !!
Very romantic ! Very fresh seafood . Ocean view . Very beautiful place! Perfect for sunsets .
The mussels off the small plates menu is great. Like super great. We ordered extra bread to soak it up. The view is obviously awesome.
Fresh fish & shrimp ceviche with a chili mango margarita ! Delicious!! And you even get an ocean view and a tan !
Get the steamed mussels ! A fabulous dish. And ask for Giovanni who have us great great recommendations for dinner and wine
I can't say enough about this place. Service is impeccable. Risotto was outstanding. Beet salad and warm mussels are a must have. The setting on the patio is memory maker especially the sea wall .
Would never think to order Ahi Nachos . Order the Ahi Nachos . And save room for the Carrot Cake .
Justin McLachlan, author of Time Up, here. JRDN's a crazy fantastic steak house . Ask to sit on the back patio . It fronts the ocean, is quiet and has fire pits to keep you warm.
We come here every Sunday for tostadas , lobster BLT , calamari , and some 1942 if we're feeling it! No need to wait for a table....ask for Michelle at the bar :)
Nice place for an ocean-side drink, great location, very good drinks prepared by nice staff .
Not bad. A little pricey for what you get but the staff and proximity to the boardwalk/beach make up for it. Good people watching . Calamari is loaded with more broccoli and lemon than calamari :-/
Best steak I've had in years. Get the skirt steak with blue cheese Carmelized onions and balsamic. You won't regret it!
Great spot for a Happy Hour drink : $5 wines and $4 drafts . Also, who can argue with a beachfront view ?
Good view , cozy place and tasty menu! Sit, drink and have fun????✌️
This place is an amazing breakfast spot . Elegant and affordable .
Food, staff and view are amazing!
Try the French Toast W Mascarpone , Elderflower Syrup - Beer pairing brunch w @SanDiegoMag. This with a Hoegarden. Like seratonin on a plate.
Not one to comment, but the calamari is exceptional. Nice mix of spice and tempura like breading . Couple of fried pickles and jalapenos . Deliciousness incarnate.
The steak and Brussel sprouts were to die for!
The view , the vibe and cocktails are amazing. Great food too!
A little pretentious behind the bar , but the locals all seem to hang out there a lot so it makes up with good convos.
Nice place, great view ! Lobster BLT was exceptional, but the beer prices were a bit steep.
Get the steamed mussels !! The sauce is amazing, you will literally want to drink it
Lobster BLT was bomb! And huger! Bring your appetite.
Turkey served the way we like it: beachside . Enjoy a 3 course pre-fixe menu Thanksgiving eve, served with a side of sunset .
sushi is great
Sentry Wine Vault clients receive free corkage at JRDN Restaurant when they bring in their own wines for a reservation .
The bloody mary here is GREAT. Sunshine, the ocean and people watching make this a great brunch spot for out of town guests.
Great mussels and chorizo dish
Wonderful upbeat staff - Erin rocks! Uber fresh food , pita bread and dips are deeelish!! ;)
The new summer menu is out and they brought back the Mahi-Mahi sandwich !! Mmmm good!!
Gorgeous ocean views and seafood .
Great spot for lunch
Great breakfast in the sun on the terrace
They validate parking at their garage for 2 hours.
great food/steak; friendly staff ; ask for a seat on the patio near the fire pit for great people watching
Pimm's cocktail and pear sparkler. Both so delicious.
At brunch get the French toast and a mimosa - you won't be sorry!
Excellent coastal brunch !! Sit on the patio
Happy hour M-F 4-7! Cheap(er) apps and drinks. Order the raspberry mojito .
One of the happening spots in OB, the ambiance and lighting on the walls is phenomenal.
Try the Sparkling Pear Drink - Pear , St. Germain, prosecco ...Yum!
Great beer and appetizers !
The gin cooler is a nice refreshing drink ...kinda like a mojito but not as heavy!
Kale salad and sunsets
This is by far the best restaurant in San Diego!
The seafood ceviche tostadas had a nice kick
Lobster BLT not nearly as delicious as expected but the sangria was awesome
Tried their seasoning on my shrimp and scallops and their beer on to wash it all down. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed all of the house accoutrements. I want to go back on my next trip to SD!! - Kevin Mac
Everything is amazing - including the bread! Poke tacos, sea bass and red snapper were top. - Kristen
Surprisingly flavorful. Try Sword fish and crab fried rice as a side dish :) Plus A big piece of tuna, spicy as Thai food. Yummy!! Aroy mak ka - YY
Great hotel, well decorated, quite and spacious rooms. I would like to come back soon! - Gian Delso
Very Nice view, it's a good beach to chill and surfing - lea catania
San Diego has the best beaches!!! I highly recommend PB for it’s laid back young vibe. They also have some really cool surf shops and restaurants on the boardwalk too. - Chuck Bronson
