Very nice new vegetable-based (not vegetarian ) restaurant in Utrecht. Creative and very tasteful dishes. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service .
They serve dishes following the concept 80% vegetables and 20% proteins and they’re doing that quite well . The interior of the restaurant is unique in Utrecht.
Vegetable based with small portions of meat really good!!! Try out the "steak tartar " of tomatoes .
6 courses menu is amazing!
Nice try. Focus on vegetables , but fails to really impress. Big portions and lack of finesse. For this price, the service should have been more attentive. Overal not bad, but not outstanding either.
