I've never had bad customer service here. I ask where something is and they walk me right up to it instead of just pointing. Love this place!
This HD is convenient if you live in the area. HD has, in general, improved their customer service quite a bit in the last few years. This isn't the best HD in Aurora, but it is the busiest!
