I agree with all the other tips. The employees don't care if the lines are long, the service is real slow and the ice is melted before you get half way through a large. They are pricey too.
Good for the tourism aspect and the treats are good, but they are more expensive than they should be!
Strawberry mango is my favorite! Higher here then other Rita's tho I guess because it's a tourist attraction , $4 and some change for just a regular:(
This location charges you 3x as much as everywhere else. Kids size is $4.44 when at home its only $1.30!
It might not be open. It wasn't on Wednesday afternoon after Labor Day.
7.69 for a milkshake ? That's insane.
Refreshing ices
Go to another store. Prices are 2-3x more than ALL other stores .
Friendly service delicious!!!!
Tasty but pricy .
Very pricey compared to other stores . Also the staff has no idea what's going on ... I asked to punch my card via the app and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed.
Horrendous customer service. Shut the window in my friend's face. Website said they closed at 11:30 but they refused to serve us at 10:30-- ain't nobody got time for that.
Does this look like happiness to you? I didn't think so.
This location is too expensive :(
Staff was very rude! They messed up my order completely.
Bad Ritas! Ice is melted. Staff not good. Few flavors
They have a great ice cream selection. Grab a cup or cone before you walk around the Harbor. - Ashley Thompson
I have been to Inner Harbor several times. There is lots to do. This time we toured the USS Constellation. The tour was both educational and fun! Well worth the trip. Don't miss it !!! - Rajkamal Sandhu®
The Harborplace Gallery is located on the waterfront and it’s a beautiful place to shop and have lunch. It’s the equivalent of Los Angeles’ Grove. A bit touristy, but fun! - Nikki - Showtime Network
