United Club

It’s a donut in the shape of a hexagon over a food court . Friendly and comfortable , but the restrooms are minimal: just two, each (for men at least) with only one stall and one urinal.

They've improved the food, but it's still short of what a good airline would provide. This club has more power outlets than the other one, but only one stall in each of the two men's rooms.

The best food options in the lounge strangely cannot be accessed from the lounge . What a bizarre design concept.

Located at the Gate74, upstairs. Bright and spacious . Staff is friendly . Food variety is limited. Otherwise same United lounge .

Just flew in from LHR after hanging out at one of the best United clubs in the world. I guess this sh!thole is reciprocity.

One of the least comfortable airline lounges I've ever been in. Very crowded , too warm, minimum snacks and wifi not working. Stay in the main terminal. It's nicer there.

This location continues to degrade even after the Polaris cannibalization of the other full club near TSA. It's time for an overhaul. Unworthy of being the main club in a flagship United hub.

Appalling excuse of a lounge , when it would be more pleasurable to be anywhere else in here. If you want to sit in a depressive travellers funk and hate everything, this place is ideal.

Dear United. Uou know I love you guys and this is mainly because how you improved the flying experience. But you really have to work on these outdated lounges .Staying at the United Club is frustrating

Way better than expected…gets a little crowded at points throughout the day, but you can stick up on food and sweets.

A victim of louge closures in EWR, maybe one of the worst lounges in United's network. Punishingly overcrowded, dated, and in desperate need of facility basics like a bathroom for more than 2 people.

Club has upgraded it's food selection during the pandemic. Drinks are also available now in the morning.

Super crowded at peak time , as everybody goes counter clock people pile in the left part, shoot right if you want a seat

First lounge I’ve ever been to where you have to pay for anything more than the basic beverages.

Time to request a status match from AA. This lounge is just as pathetic as any United Club. Enjoy the carrot , crackers and tiny packaged cheese . I'll be at the McDonald's downstairs.

For the cost I was looking for a hot breakfast at 10:30 but all they had was soup and salad

The only good thing about this place is the wifi speed. Other than that is pretty much of a dumpster. You would expect more of a "United Club".

$3 discount on fine wine with your United MasterCard...$7 Sonoma-Cutrer chard is the best deal around!

Little outdated, but lots of tucked away places to decompress.

Larry, the bartender , is wonderful!! He makes the best bloody Mary's !

If you want that feeling of hitting rock bottom try getting turned down for a drink before 9:30 and then getting kicked out for eating McDonald's!

It is ok. I personally think 4 the price u pay they should offer more. They keep cutting more & more It's the little things. But the people are nice and it's better than at the gate

Go to the toilet before coming up here - one stall and one urinal led to some queues. Food same old crackers etc - better wait till on the plane if travelling business first

This temporary lounge is decent, but no frills. There are packaged snacks and sodas with a makeshift bar and the restrooms are outside. Nothing special.

The cookies are just right and the drinks are just right!

Ask for a coke and you will get it in a shot glass filled with ice.

This is the crappiest airport lounge I've ever been to. In the world. Walk away and hit up D&D's or McD's instead.

No shower facilities at this location.

Still Newark, still smells like cat pee and nachos , still New Jersey...need we say more

If they're going to prohibit outside food, they should offer more than they do.
