Self checkout is v slow.
Quick lunch there is a no-no. Totally unorganised, only one queue, regardless whether you get a drink if not. And only do they start cooking the food after you've paid. Diabolically ridiculous.
Worst customer service for taxfree. They asked us to fill the form and because of a scribble it was not refundable! Unbelievable!
