Sakae Sushi

For promotional items , hv to order under promo menu. If order from normal category, it is full price (and not right). There's new menu

Only 2 - 3 different items on the belt. Many items not available in the menu including Salmon Sushi during peak lunch hour time. The orders taken via the app took forever to be served.

New layout of tables in favor of family dining , not for single, couple or smaller group. This causing the queue to wait longer as 4pax/6pax/8pax table is occupied by <4pax

Sooooooo crowded ! The new menu is innovative but no more weekday lunch deals (?)

You NEED to try the Salmon Mentaiyaki. Period.

Used their ipad to order 1 udon and the chinese supervisor with specs came to me and insist that i clicked 3 times instead of just 1 time & gave me the stupid face. U think I'm 3 year old kid is it?!!

Many different sushi choices

Service is terrible, haven't been here in 2yrs, yet no improvements. Ordered a set, only half came, it got cold while waiting for the other half (20mins later). Took another 10mins for tempura sauce.

The worst Sakae Sushi branch so far. Waited 1 hour plus for just a hana maki ...how come wrapping sashimi over rice took more than an hour?? It's not even crowded at all, only 3 other tables got people

Visit the ALL NEW & BIGGER Sakae Sushi @ Lower Ground Floor! Take escalator opposite old shop & head one floor down!

Food here is not bad.... well ... its surely better that paradigm mall 's outlet....

Food at Sakae Sushi is getting bad and the prices at getting quite high. Can see very clearly they are cutting conners with their food... sad to say not worth coming here at all.

Ever since their reform, everything is getting backward. I don't think anything here worth a try. Better try zanmai

Service is so slow because there are only 2 waiters in the entire restaurant , during Sunday lunch time.

Worst ever Sakae Sushi. Terrible selection, terrible service, cocky Chinese cashier shouting around. Not recommended at all. Sakae Sushi at the Curve and Sunway pyramid way better than this outlet

Be prepared for a slow service from the kitchen. You must keep reminding them of your order otherwise you are gonna for 1 hour for your food.

The service & food quality has gone down the drain. Portion smaller. Miso soup (my must-have Jap dish) was diluted, Today is the last time I'm gonna set my foot in any Sakae Sushi outlet.

This place always has a stale smell. But I still love the hana maki . Maybe they should clean up or check the hygiene of the restaurant . Bad smell, bad reputation.
