Nelson A. Rockefeller Park

It was not a tour in buildings at all more like in having a tour in art journey in museum , beautiful stories and such a well professional tour guide! His name is Allan!

Perfect private green space ticked away in lower Manhattan for picnics , running, nice views and a good tannin'.

Wide lawns and trees dotting the periphery, sitting on a corner of land with the river on two sides, make this park a special place. The community gardens in the northeast corner are very nice too.

Tiny hidden little gem at the top of battery park city . Think sheeps medow but... Smaller. Remember to duck from hipster throwing frisbee players

A great place along the east river where walking, running, cycling, playing or everything else to do far away of the noises of the city

Perfect place to take your date out on a walk. If you go later in the nights during summers. Couples show alot of PDA.

Lots of great equipment... So of course the kids head for the Sandpit (e.g. Big pile of dirt). Also - big water squirts when it's warm...

This is the best playground for children of all ages that I have evrr seen! The cargo nets, sand pits, and the water area are great fun!

Summer at Rockefeller Park resembles Miami Beach , with guys & gals flaunting their swimwear looks. Our tip: For peace & quiet , snag a spot far away from the basketball courts & kiddie park .

The view of the water and the view of New Jersey is really nice. It also leads to many different parks downtown.

Great walk for getting out of the office midday to relax a bit. Grab some tacos from Dos Toros and eat in the park !

Good spot for running, jogging, walking, biking , etc.

Terrific views , open space for kids. Don't neglect in winter

You can visit the library , poets house, the mercy corp action center and the potato famine memorial, the wtc and wfc for a complete day of activity

My daughter (3y/o) loves this place. Cool "Jungle gyms " and neat self pedal "bike " merry-go-round

Restrooms are located at the northwest corner of the Solaire Building, across the street from the Parkhouse.

The parks department puts out all sorts of toys for kids to play with on Saturdays. Hours and hours of free distraction.
