If you're stuck in Terminal 2 this is your best option. Fast service and decent food. Katsudon or Ramen is a strong preflight meal.
Try the Fried vegetables & pork ramen noodles with Sochu Oolong tea...Yum!
I may not be a ramen expert; but the seafood miso ramen here has got to be the best meal you can have at the airport ; excellent!

Miso kitchenの名前の通り味噌 関係が充実。味噌 カツ 、味噌 ラーメン etc.. お初の今回はSpainに行ったら食べないであろう？味噌 ラーメン に3貫握り セット。シャリ多めのワサビ 別盛は流石に空港 内のレストラン という感じ。味噌 ラーメン もなかなか美味しゅうございました。
