Place looks great since remodel and I've never had an issue with unfriendly staff . I often order online for pickup in-store and it's very efficient.

The mobile department is atrocious..just go right to your carrier's store and they'll have sales people who are dying to help you!

Well organized store. Easy getting in... a little tough getting out of the parking lot during the holidays. One of the best for shopping online then picking up at the store(in and out in 10 minutes).

Great store with friendly staff

Here's a tip for the employees: Please don't bother customers when they say they're just browsing. Additionally please don't be snippy when I point out that other places have lower prices.

They need to have people who can do more varied tasks. 5 cashiers , no customers checking out and 4 people waiting at customer service.

Customer service here is a joke. Especially Geek Squad. Third time since October I've been here with an issue.

Customer Service was iffy. Bought time for World of Warcraft but there was no card in the box. Gave me trouble exchanging it...had to go back twice and spend an hour on the phone with Blizzard.

Dave in the TV section is very helpful, ask for him.

Service has really improved. In store desk now to the right of the front door. No Ned to wait in returns line .

They dont care with you - Got a Galaly tab, 4 days latter noticed a problem called "Newton Rings" tried to return and the tab and Manager Matt D. (Maryland shop) refused to return it and was very rude

They suck!!! Avoid Rey Simon and Simon Howard they are incompetent....
