I'm here for an 11:30a appt & the aesthetician sits there talking with her friends in Russian. It's now 12p!!! WTF!!!???

Place totally overbooks themselves, talks about you in Russian as you sit there & they lost my files ! Ridiculous.
They tell me my appointment was cancelled & according to them , that only occurs if I cancel. Which I did not! This is ridiculous ! A waste of time in this place!!!
