At the corner close the the park ! Is an old home for debauchery! There is a magic show u can buy tickets for. Simple rooms . Fancy bar/lobby! Breakfast decent.Sister hotels next door for cheaper option
Great lobby, really beautiful. True, the rooms are small, but it is so common for London hotels , quite expected. Mine was on the 8th floor, also small but quite enough for just one person. Clean .
Having stayed in lots of London hotels I was pleasantly surprised here. Stayed downstairs, room was fairly small but clean and staff were friendly . All in all good value for London.
I stopped over (single person) in London for two nights. I like the closeness to Heathrow Express, restaurants and pubs . Rooms are small but what I expected. Got a cheap price on booking.com. Happy.
Beautiful lobby and breakfast room! Most of all, I appreciated the excellent service from the hotel manager himself. Thank you!
Great location, 2min walk from Queesway tube. Clean and refurbished room, if a little on the small side, comfortable bed , good service and free wifi .
My favorite hotel in London for business trips. Clean , great service, good breakfast , beautiful building and more. Free fruit is a bonus!
Great location just across the street from Hyde Park and around the corner from Queensway tube station . Bayswater tube station is just a bit farther. A lot of places to eat around
Charming hotel with quaint rooms and a gorgeous reception. Breakfast served from 7am and the hotel restaurant/bar is regularly open.
Unique atmosphere. Building is a former theater and decorations are fabulous. Room is rather small. It is four stars but small stars after all.
Great location, great breakfast , helpful staff . club rooms at ground floor are big enough no complains at all
Club rooms are acceptable... you will not be able to find any food for lunch or dinner in the hotel ... the location is fine for Hyde park but appr. 2 km to Oxford street...
To expect large rooms in an old British or European building is just silly. If you want large rooms go to a modern building. If you want charm, come here.
Cozy hotel with british classical style, originally built by Edward VII for a mistress.
Beautiful surroundings nice rooms and friendly staff
Tiny rooms . Shower design that gets the already very slippery bathroom floor wet. TV didn’t work reliably. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets weren’t very clean . But the lobby is very nicely done.
Clean , free wi fi very fast, near Hyde park and Tube
The location is Great, but tiny rooms , they provide tea coffee and Biscuits for free and price is over 70 pound per night. Staff are nice
Great location, good service , clean rooms . Only negative thing is small rooms .
WiFi free and amazing buffet breakfast . Very central
Very good location. Small rooms , but clean . Friendly staff . I would consider staying here when I would return to London.
The lift goes as far as the 7th floor only, if you prefer not to climb some stairs - ask for a room not on the 8th floor
Very central and 2 my uses walk from Queensbury tube station
Small room , yet nice style and very close to Kensington park
Free wifi and amazing front face service
Awesome location. Tiny rooms
Rooms are very small, bathrooms even smaller, could be a great hotel if on what a bit more space.
Great location, but no wi-fi or phone signal at all in the lower ground rooms. Good service .
Small rooms but clean . Friendly and helpful staff . Great convenient location
Pros: not bad position, clean and renovated bathrooms Cons: $, horrible wifi (20minutes to checking in here), tiny rooms , I didn't like what they offer for breakfast (you have to pay extra for it!!)
Ok there are these "do not disturb" buttons which are ignored by the cleaners at all times... Seriously why would I put it on if I want my room to be cleaned ? That's probably the only annoying thing.
Tiny room but the wifi is good. Good location. I like it but it's very expensive ...
Good location but not that much, don't get caught by the room's picture it's really small u have to jump over the bed to reach the other side, unfriendly receptionist , expensive , clean . 3/10
WiFi free and breakfast
If u can go to any other hotel , do it. This one had bad service, windows not shutting, and very tiny rooms , some rooms right under stairs!!! The only positive thing -> location.
I like it!
Excellent breakfast .
Wi-fi password: guest
If u think the rooms on the 8th floor are tiny then go check the rooms on the 4th floor...
Great service
Great location. Rooms are impecable though they are quite small.
Free Wifi and Convinient location (tube, Hyde park ,etc)
Room 035 Club room is ok for two
Very well appointed bar and lounge on the ground floor
So what would u say about that?
Very modern, clean but small rooms . Gr8 English breakfast
The rooms on the 8th floor are unacceptable. Unbelievably tiny, and really noisy from the ventilation system's engines on the roof.
bad experience, TV not working well
Hotel is terrible, expensive and with tiny rooms . Paid for superior room and didn't even get wifi , because the room was placed in the basement .
Very small room , expensive and very bad service. Hotel location is good but not very !!
