This Sonic was unresponsive when we drove up to the drive-thru speaker and after several attempts with our horn and talking to get help we have up and drove to the window to order. Has happened 3x.
Watch out when you order shakes . They never seem to keep the contents inside the cup. My hands are always sticky when they hand over the shakes to me
