First night in Fairfax and this was our first meal. Ordered a wrapped gyro , and the combination and gyro platter . The gyro and gyro platter were fantastic, great flavor and ample meat. Enjoyed it!
Middle eastern traditonal Afghani restaurant on Main street of city . I liked their karahi and brown rice in the Lunch buffet and especially their caramel iced coffee .
There is a lunch buffet here with kabobs , rice , salad , 3 kinds of veggies and another main meat dish. While not ample, it is good, basic and fast. Hot tandoori bread also comes standard.
Try the veggie platter with naan . Spinach , chickpeas , eggplant , and green beans over rice .
The falafel and spicy Afghan fries are excellent.
Food wasn't served hot as it should be. Chicken Kabob of my friend's order wasn't cooked well , it was a little raw. Lattes and vegetables were not fresh unfortunately. ????

Their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich is one of my all time favorite chicken salads! The tomato basil soup is lovely, and the strawberry poppyseed salad in the summer is wonderful! - Jaime Wojdowski
Starbucks Coffee, a chain well-known for its signature roasts, light bites and Wi-Fi availability. This place on Main St. of city Fairfax is pretty big with lots of seating upstairs. - Fairfax City Reporter
