The staff here are awesome. They always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. This is the only Best But I will shop in the Triangle area.

Pretty nice selection and a central location. Lacking in a real good game section, though.

I know it's hard to do, but I do wish Best Buy would sell connection cables for the products they sell, like connecting audio to computers.

I ordered on line for pickup today. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Wonderful !

If these guys were so worried about show rooming maybe they should have enough people to take your money. Just walked out after waiting 15 minutes trying to buy a $1000 laptop. Guess I'll order it.

This is the worst place for help! Ask someone to help and they have to call some one else! Continues like this for 3 associates.

Never expect service by standing in the stupid line fir Geek Squad ! They suck and treat customers like they dont matter. Can you believe buying a new kindle us cheaper than fixing an existing one????

Prices are too high here and very stringent return policy. I go to walmart instead. Best Buy lost my business!

Unless the answer is "I don't know" or "I can't help you with that," keep staff expectations low. Research beforehand and get it yourself.
