Staff promised to return call or mail when ready for collection but I had to take the initiative to call and check several times before knowing the status . Not entirely a good customer experience.

Doesn't provide a carry bag for repaired item, so need to bring your own bag for your repaired MacBook or iPad.

Don't bother filling in their online query form. Sent one on a Tue, got a reply on Sat. Service standards? What standards?

totally not up to standard of apple . Need to keep calling to ask for the status and very rude reply from phone answering staff

Get the queue number by leaving your mobile number is better than getting a physical ticket, unless your mobile is the item u are sending in for repair. When your number is close, sms alert is receive

Staff are well-trained in customer service. Harder to book online appointment compared to A.Lab. Yet if you go queue at off-peak hours, you get served faster and better than an appointment with A.Lab

I come to appreciate QCD more after being treated like a slime by a so-called manager in A.Lab. Someone in Apple must be accepting bribes when they authorised A.Lab as their repair service provider.

Go QCD website for e-booking before you come. Speeds up the process.

They told me they needed three to five working days to get my ipod replaced but called me after two to let me know it was ready!

Come here instead of A.lab for a better service.
