Club level floors in the newer building are spacious & modern. Club lounge in the lobby is pretty good serving breakfast & cocktails with cold & hot hors d'oeuvres in the evening.

Never take rooms with connecting door (e.g. 711, 743): you'll hear everything from the other room, phone calls, music , talking, tv , etc. You won't get any privacy, sleep or silence.

Staff is very helpful. We could do early check in in my 2 visits. Location is good, very close to train station which links you to underground and airport . Also half an hour walk to center.

I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel 's decor is truly stunning, my stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking enjoyable hotel experience. ????????

A bit dated, but good service and does the trick. Located next to a station and a citybike hire point which is useful.

Looks better than it is.Confortable but not really a top of the list. Well located and can walk to city center. Tran and metro near by. Very nice garden for a drink

Book the club room with Internet and Lounge included. Nonstop snacks/food and beverages from the lounge . Cool

It is definitely worth paying extra for the junior suite , imperial lounge , free cable internet and minibar with a 50 sqm room.

Again room with a connecting door, and again people chatting on skype/phone, watching tv , talking, etc. Absolutely unbelievably crappy experience. Always check for connecting door and stay away.

I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurant at the garden , actually the food was delicious but the service was extremely bad - slow, something haven't come at all. However the rooms were beautiful.

Lobby seemed nice but the rooms are utterly charmless. The mini bar only has warm Heineken , there's an outdated magazine on the desk called "business" ... And they want to charge me extra for wifi :(

Internet prices: ohh the horror. It's not stealing, but it's close. But seriously-speaking it really is grossly overpriced AND unbelievably slow both wired and wifi (which is out of range everywhere).

Pretty nice reception and lobby but poor rooms and facilities. Jurassic internet connection apparently quite expensive . No laundry service during the weekend. Well below average.

A hotel without internet Is not a good hotel . A hotel with a price of almost €20/day for internet is a hotel without internet. I HAD to pay 2 days. If they fix this I will come back.

Don't take rooms with connecting doors inside, since you'll hear noises from the room next to it. Don't take rooms far away from elevator , wi-fi wont work. Don't take room 743, heating barely works.

Terrible irons that leave stains on clothes . Absolutely unacceptable in a €100+/night hotel .

Internet prices are insane and the connection itself is super-slow. Thus I would not recommend paying for that unless you have to.

Stay away. Business traveller trap. Bad but expansive breakfast buffet . Bad wifi policy. Good rooms and beds.

Wifi работает только в лобби , в первый день сломался электронный замок номера , холодная вода в бассейне, по приезду не помогли занести чемоданы. Вкусный завтрак ))
