Fiesta Hut

HIdden gem in East Rutherford. This place doesn't even have a sign outside, but you'll always catch the owner mingling with patrons. The food is incredible and authentic along with the margaritas .

Most if not all meals include rice and beans but they will NOT give them to you unless you ask. Also try a side of mole sauce since it's free.

Consistently slow service and staff with a DGAF attitude but you'll put up with it b/c the food is that good. They'll even sit at the back table and eat while you wait 20 minutes for a glass of water.

Watch the sidewalk as you walk in, always dog poop out front.. try not to step in it.
