Spiaggia di Mondello

Visited in late Sptember; large fine sandy beach , flanked by the mountains ; both public and private; clear emerald waters; few people; public parking ; almost breathtaking view .

A beautiful bay , but super crowded in summer time. Come here early morning or around 17:00 for a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere . Decent snorkeling at the eastern end of the bay !

So beautiful! I went in early November and it was still warm enough to swim ! I rented a paddle board for €15/hr! Great time!

Beautiful sand beach , clean & clear water.Gets very crowded so arrive early. Renting umbrella & sunbeds is ~30€ for two and you can bring your own food/drinks. Shower , wc, changing room are present.

One of the best beaches in Sicily! Not too crowded at the end of september but still warm enough to sunbathe . 2 sunbeds cost 20 €, single sunbed 14 €. Come after 14:00 and pay half the price.

Beautiful beach and gulf. Narrow sand coast but transparent blue water. Take a paddle boat but make sure they don't cheat about the time with you.

The beach as a natural point is just perfect, but civilised side of it (this unbelievable crowd and annoying shit sellers stucking to you) makes you wanna leave.

Try to be there before 10 at high season. It is less crowded

not far away from this perfect beach there are two places you can get nice food: Baralba and Linux. enjoy your holidays;))

Beach is pretty small and overcrowded (though was a public holiday). Pictures however exaggerate how it actually looks. Nowhere near that nice.

Beautiful beach ! In the autumn it is calm and there aren’t many people around. A nice place to read a book !

Also in peak summer they have areas that you pay extra for which makes all the other beach space tiny.

Open blue wanters in photos and high ratings have 0 to do with reality. The beach is blocked with beachchairs, no access to most of it. It's a playground for teenagers, worst beach ever, shocking

Everybody will say it’s “too much”, i personally think it’s the copa cabana of Europe.

Escape the noise and pollution of Palermo by catching the bus here. However, it's not the classiest of beach destinations.

Spiaggia sabbiosa con mare cristallino , consigliata per passeggiate notturne al chiar di luna

Spettacolare in ogni stagione! Forse un pó troppo caotica in estate!

La spiaggia cambia colore molto facilmente. Dal cristallino al essere piena di alghe . ???? Però devo ammettere che mi sono trovata bene anche se a primo impatto mi aspettavo tutt’altro.

La spiaggia è spettacolare, ben attrezzata e tenuta abbastanza pulita, eccetto per le cicche di sigarette che sono innumerevoli come i granelli di sabbia. Palermitani !! non si può fumare in spiaggia !

No inverno é um local calmo e tranquilo para se hospedar, com muitas opções de comida próximo.

Sicuramente di buono ci sono bar,rosticcerie e ristoranti ..purtroppo la spiaggia e super affollata,con troppe cabine e troppi abusivismi edilizi

Spiaggia e acqua stupenda. Ma la domenica c'è troppa confusione. Alle 11 tutti i lidi occupati, per non parlare della spiaggia libera .

Affollatissima in estate, calma e rilassante in inverno e primavera. Amata ed odiata dai palermitani , avete provato i frappè del baretto?

Если честно, как и любой городской пляж не особо чистый. Море тёплое, неглубоко, но к полудню уже накидают всякого мусора. В выходные просто яблоку негде упасть! Достают торговцы всякой лабудой.

Если хотите лежать на бесплатном пляже нужно приходить пораньше - места не очень много.

Quasi tutta la spiaggia è gestita dalla stessa società che affitta cabine e ombrelloni solo per abbonamenti. Prendere un ombrellone e una sdraio per la giornata singola è quasi impossibile.
