A great place to wait in line 20 minutes or more for popcorn and a drink while the employees socialize.

i went there today to see thr hunger game and the movie is awesome , AMC bay plaza 13 is tens times big than my former negiborhood movie theaters

Occasionally there are other movie goers so enthused to be surrounded by reclining chairs , self service butter & drink machines,that they rudely chatter & use their cellphones during the movie,USHERS!

Love it here. I mean it's a lot of places to shop at and the movie theatre is great !!

Buy your tickets online via your favorite website and walk up to the front of the line with your payment method in hand. As VIP as VIP can be :)

I always purchase my tickets online to avoid the long wait even when lines are shorten, like their staff . The refreshments line is next journey to endure if don't mind missing the coming attractions .

I definitely enjoy taken advantage of the current $5 ticket Tuesday night promotion. The youthful box office cashiers need better training in salesmanship as well as courtesy.

I haven't been to this movie complex for some time, love what they've done with the place with reserve seating (just different, but good)

Definitely come check out a movie here. They are upgrading their space. They have the reclining seats now and it generally looks better than before!

One of our seats wasn't working & staff immediately came to check. When it was deemed broken, manager gave one free remit ticket for another movie . They were really nice about it, no hassles!

TIP: Buy tickets online. They sell out fast. Get there early if you want treats from the concession stand. The lines are impossibly long.

Great recliner seats; however cust. service and appearance is lacking.Long lines to order snacks ,only 2 registers open,staff that cannot properly direct to theater location, I am highly disappointed.

This theater have changed, beautiful red this theater looks much better than the old dirty seat and big screens in AMC bay plaza 13 last year

I applaud AMC Bay Plaza for reinstating $5 Tuesday night promo for Premiere members,especially making the offer available online. But the Premiere concession line is always snaked during prime time.

New blockbuster movie releases tend to be always sold out hours before start time, so you must order online. Concession lines are slow & understaffed, so you miss coming attractions & feature start.

Reclining seats, newly renovated theater. Love it!

They really enhanced the place with recliner seats its awesome, a lot of ghetto kids go there though (loud talking during movie )

AMC bay plaza 13 is the best movie theater than whitestone cinema

We brought our tickets at 7:40pm for the 8:30pn show and were refused entrance until 8:00pm. I have never experience anything like this before.

AMC bay plaza 13's new theater big screen is way better than the older 161th street movie theater screen

Don’t be in a hurry to make it to your assigned seats to preview the movie coming attractions cause the Stubs Premiere Rewards concession line is a longer wait to order your stale distasteful popcorn .

Come way early to get your ticket lines are crazy. Bring your own snack those lines are crazy too, restroom smells like urine.

You can choose your seating which is awesome. No hassling trying to find a seat!
